Collaboration Terms & Content Usage
Usage rights beyond organic reposting require prior agreement.
Barter Collaborations
- Deliverables such as reels, posts, stories, photography, or other agreed formats will be discussed and confirmed prior to the collaboration.
- Brands may repost the final published Instagram content on their own organic social media channels, provided proper credit is given to our handles.
- Any raw footage shared as part of a barter collaboration will generally be limited to clips used within the agreed Instagram deliverables, unless otherwise discussed in advance.
- Long-form content, including YouTube videos and travel films, remains the intellectual property of the creators and is not included for reuse, redistribution, or republishing.
- Content may not be downloaded, edited, repurposed, licensed, or used for advertisements, websites, paid campaigns, third-party promotions, or other marketing use without prior written consent.
- Requests for additional footage, extended usage rights, commercial licensing, or broader content usage may be arranged separately.
- Final delivery and posting timelines will be mutually discussed in advance and may vary depending on the scope of the collaboration.
Paid Collaborations
Paid collaborations include content creation and promotional deliverables agreed upon before the campaign begins.
- Deliverables, timelines, platforms, and usage scope will be clearly outlined in advance.
- Brands may repost the final published content on their own organic social media channels with proper credit, unless otherwise agreed.
- Usage for paid advertising, websites, digital campaigns, print promotions, whitelisting, or third-party marketing requires prior agreement on licensing terms.
- Ownership of all original content remains with the creators unless full rights are purchased under a separate written licensing agreement.
- Requests for raw footage, additional edits, alternate versions, or extended usage rights may be subject to additional fees.
- Minor revisions may be considered where appropriate, but substantial revisions or additional content requests may require a revised scope.
Creator Rights
All creative work produced during a collaboration remains the intellectual property of the creators unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- This includes photos, videos, edited assets, captions, creative concepts, and long-form content.
- Raw footage, project files, source files, and long-form video content are not included by default unless specifically agreed upon beforehand.
- Any usage beyond the agreed collaboration scope requires prior written permission.
- Approved usage rights apply only to the collaborating brand and may not be transferred, sublicensed, or shared with third parties without written consent.
- Exclusivity is not included unless specifically agreed in writing prior to the collaboration.
Additional Notes
- Hosted or sponsored collaborations may be disclosed in line with platform guidelines and applicable advertising requirements.
- By confirming a collaboration, both parties agree to the scope, usage terms, and communication discussed in advance.
